Marriage Reset.

Reconnect before distance becomes crisis.

Not every marriage that needs attention is in crisis. Many couples simply drift — consumed by work, parenting and daily responsibility until they feel more like roommates than partners. Marriage Reset is a structured opportunity to pause, understand the patterns, learn practical tools, and invest intentionally in the relationship again.

Who This Is For

Does this sound like your marriage?

Marriage Reset isn't for couples in crisis — it's for couples who recognize the distance and want to address it before it becomes something harder to repair.

You feel more like roommates than spouses.
You're disconnected, but you're not sure exactly when it started.
You're stuck in the same repetitive patterns and arguments.
Work, parenting and daily life have consumed the relationship.
You're less close than you used to be.
You keep hitting the same communication problems.
The spark has faded and you'd like to find your way back.
The Approach

How Marriage Reset Works

Marriage Reset is being designed as a structured pathway rather than open-ended conversation. The clinical details are still being finalized, but the intention is a clear shape to the work.

01

An initial focused phase

Time to understand where the marriage is now, what's changed, and what each of you is experiencing.

02

Education and discussion

Make sense of the patterns — why distance builds, how cycles repeat, and what's underneath the surface.

03

Practical relationship tools

Learn approaches you can actually use in real conversations at home.

04

Time to practise

Space between sessions to try the tools in daily married life — not just in the counselling hour.

05

Planned follow-up sessions

Return to review what's working, what isn't, and what still needs attention.

The follow-up philosophy matters here. A good conversation in session doesn't change a marriage on its own. Couples need time to go home, practise, live it, and come back to review what's actually working.
